1. Your participants collect all monies at the time the orders are taken. |

2. The Group Leader totals the amount of candles needed and contacts Warm Scents with the order information. |

3. We then give the Group Leader the shipping charges for the order if applicable. We pay 1/2 of the shipping total on orders over $500.00 and all shipping costs on orders over $1000.00. We deliver free to orders within 50 mile radius. |

4. Keep your profit and send your order along with the amount owed to Warm Scents. |

5. Once the order and payment has been received, we fill the order and deliver or ship it to you. | |
